It's the best place I've been in a longtime. Whenever something needs fixed its done efficient, respectfully and quickly. The staff are all awesome! All the residents seem very friendly. I have no complaints at all. I love living here and the grounds are kept clean and again I say - its awesome! I'm so glad I'm here and I plan to stay for awhile. :)

I enjoy the peace and quiet. There are no fights for parking. The apartments are well lite up with lights. The service is good. I love it here my mom and I.

Nice and quiet with very helpful and friendly staff

I am really happy with the community. Although there are some noisy neighbors, it is mostly quiet and friendly. The maintenance people have been superb in taking care of tasks as of now. They work really hard at keeping the grounds clean and work hard. I think the pool areas could be maintained a little better but they do the best they can. I just moved from Michigan and am really happy with the apartments and hope to make some new friends.

THE COMPLEX IS WONDERFUL AND THE STAFF IS MORE THEN HELPFUL

I have lived at Diamond Lakes for 16 years now. My son took his first bus to first grade at the entrance to the apartments and is now in his second year of college. This place is our home and we have always been treated with respect and kindness. The office and maintenance staff are always helpful, prompt and courteous. I have made lifelong friendships from the staff and residents here and would not trade my experience for any other.
